Architected the system around the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize how the central LLM agent communicates with 12 fragmented business tools (CRM, Calendar, SQL), reducing tool-calling errors by 90%.

Implemented a "Circuit Breaker" pattern in the Node.js microservice layer to prevent AI-driven API loops from overwhelming third-party business integrations.

Learnings
