Key Decisions

Pioneered a "Zero-Knowledge Identity" check where the tenant provides a ZK-proof of verification (via MasChain) to the landlord without ever revealing their actual passport number.

Architected a cross-chain lease agreement using Scroll and Aptos to ensure that rental deposits remain immutable and are only released upon digital-key activation.

Learnings

→Deepened technical knowledge of ZK-SNARKs and their practical application in masking PII during peer-to-peer real estate transactions.
→Mastered the design of complex Solidity escrow contracts that handle multi-signature release conditions for rental security deposits.
