Key Decisions

Leveraged Google Apps Script triggers (onFormSubmit) to ensure the entire automation pipeline runs serverless with zero infrastructure overhead.

Designed a custom "Urgency Filter" that immediately pings a Slack webhook if a customer sentiment score falls below a specific critical threshold.

Learnings

→Mastered the integration of OAuth2 flows within the Google Workspace environment to securely access Gmail and Sheets.
→Learned to manage rate limits of the OpenAI API within the 6-minute execution window of Google Apps Script.
